We are sad to announce that on July 27, 2019, at the age of 96, Virginia Cowan Morris Vale (New Waterford, Ohio), born in Youngstown, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy G. Newton and Bertha A. Povey Newton; her husband William Vale; and her siblings, Mary Weaver, Phyllis Newton and Richard Newton.
She is survived by: her children, Sally Cowan of Columbiana, Gary Cowan (Natalie) of Columbiana and Paul Cowan of New Waterford; and her stepdaughter Caroline Stepien (John) of East Liverpool. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
