He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Finch and Donna Sheets Finch; and his great-nephew Ryan Brown. He is survived by: his wife Patti Phillips Finch; his children, Nicholas Finch of State College, PA and Donna Finch of New Waterford; his siblings, Clifford Finch, Jr. (Patricia Peebles) of Melbourne, FL, Eugene Finch (Renee) of Palm Bay, FL, Gary Finch (Crystal) of New Galilee, PA, Lisa Mason (Bernard) of East Palestine and Lori Brown (Bryan Linton) of Greenville, PA; and his stepsiblings, Robert Randolph (Kathy), Debbie Floor of New Waterford and Wendy Donnalley (Perry) of New Waterford. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews; great nieces and nephews as well as many extended family and friends.

Memorial contributions can be made in lieu of flowers to The Kevin Finch fund at Huntington Bank or the charity of one's choice.
