She was predeceased by: her parent Nolan Webb; her husband Charles Riggs; her daughter Cheryl Riggs Gregorino; and her siblings, Clifford Webb and Kathleen Webb.
She is survived by: her parent Mae Prince Webb; her sons, Allan Riggs of Rockledge, FL, Geoff Riggs and Roger Riggs; her son-in-law Joe Gregorino of Twinsburg, OH; and her siblings, Jerry Webb, Gary Webb, Jack Webb and Linda Webb Large. She is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Wanda Charlene Webb Riggs, 89, a longtime resident of New Waterford, passed away 5:40 AM, September 1, 2018 at the St. Mary's Alzheimer's Center in Columbiana.
