It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur L. Toot of New Waterford, Ohio, born in Columbiana, Ohio, who passed away on December 20, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry L. Toot and Olive May Votow Toot; his brother John Hoth; and his brother-in-law Carl Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Terrill Jackson Toot; his children, Chris Toot (Lori) of East Palestine, Travis Toot (Brenda) of New Waterford and Shane Toot (Maureen) of New Waterford; his grandchildren, Malorie Figley (Francis), Travis Toot (Angie), Jessie Toot, Shane Toot, Brian Toot (Brittany), Tiffany Dunn (Ron), David Liptay, Kayleigh, Tyler and Shana Toot; and his siblings, Jan "Terri" Flaherty (Bob), Dorlene Kelley and Norman Toot. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
Most importantly he was the foundation of his loving family.
