He was predeceased by: his parents, H. Arthur Mills and Deretha Hawk Mills; his wife Lavonia May Mills; and his brother Ardell Mills. He is survived by: his children, Todd Mills (Cerise) of Columbiana, Jim Mills (Rhonda) of New Springfield and Victoria Hasenohr (Joseph) of Hudson; his siblings, Roger Mills (Florence) of Hermitage, MO, Rita Elam (Troy) and Janice Mathias (Bill) of Kansas City, MO; his grandchildren, Matthew Hasenohr (Alex), Jacob Mills, Victor Mills, Rachel Hasenohr, Mamie Mills-Diemer (Brad), Maisy Mills, Meghan Mills and Emma Mills; and his great grandchild Logan Diemer.
Due to the COVID19 situation, private family services will be held at the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Columbiana, with Pastor Jonathan Holloway officiating.
Memorial donations may be made to the New Springfield Church of God Building Fund.
