He was predeceased by: his parents, Porter E. Kimble and Grace Rogers Kimble; his wife Mary B. Christy; and his siblings, Clarence, Robert, Larry Kimble, Ruth Burns, Betty Ann Robertson, Darlene and Denise Kimble.

He is survived by: his children, Donald Kimble, Jr. (Hyunla) of Boardman, Douglas E. Kimble (Amy) of Poland, Becky J. Kimble of New Springfield and Matthew W. Kimble (Kari) of New Middletown; his siblings, William Kimble (Betty) of Alliance, OH, Charles Kimble (Ellen) of North Jackson, OH, Martha McEwen (Rod) of Boardman, Karen Hoopes of Poland, Bonnie Mctague of Boardman, Donna Evans (Mason) of New Springfield and Janet Vankirk of Youngstown; his grandchildren, Jade, Jacob, Julie Kimble, Jessica Moody, Tahlor, Adalyn Kimble, Russell Kimble, Miranda Avnet, Dustin, Ryan DelSignore, Keaton, Katelyn and Knox Kimble; and his great grandchild Maribel Kimble.
