She was predeceased by: her parents, John J. Gaydos and Anna K. Krajcir Gaydos; her husband Charles E. Jacobs; her stepgrandson Mike Mansky; her great grandchild Emma Mae Feaster; her granddaughter Christina Campbell (Dan); and her son-in-law John Mansky.
She is survived by: her children, Charles J. Jacobs (Jackie) of Canfield, OH and Donna M. Mansky of Youngstown; her brother John Gaydos (Phyllis) of Cambridge, PA; her grandchildren, John Berick (Lynn), James Berick (Mandy), Phillip Jacobs, Katelynn Yochum (Shawn) and Olivia Jacobs; her stepgrandsons, Kevin Mansky, John Mansky and Seth Feaster; her great grandchildren, Sierra, Michael, Chelsea, Jacob Campbell, John Sakalosh, Jr., John Berick, Tyler, Jacee Berick, Owen Jacobs, Mikey Mansky and Noah Jacobs; and her nephew Mike Gaydos (Loretta).
