He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert G. Ervin and Flora Ervin (Lint); and his brothers, Milton and Larry Ervin. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Mauch; his children, Jennifer Hosa (TJ) of Bedford, TX, Wendy Ervin of Irving, TX, John Ervin (Melissa) of Canfield, Michael Ervin (Katie) of Leetonia and Keith Ervin (Jamie) of Greenford; his grandchildren, Jade, Savannah Zitkovic (Danny), Johnny, Katie, Wyatt, Gianna, Sydnee, Josephine, Avielle and Garrett; and his great grandchildren, Brayden, Tucker and Kolten.
Due to the current COVID19 pandemic the family requests that you wear a mask and keep social distancing guidelines.
