She was predeceased by: her parents, Cledis Virgil and Ruth Patterson (Miner); her siblings, Pooch and Raymond; and her cousin Bonnie Heffinger.
She is survived by: her niece Jody Vega; and her close friends, Dee and Spohie. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations may be made in Lydia's memory to Zion Lutheran Church, 10857 Main Street, New Middletown, OH 44442.
