She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Palmer and Marie Palmer (O'Brien); her sons, Curtis 'Chip Y. Simons, Jr. and David Joki; and her sisters, Joan Birosak and Rose Marie Mackey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Forgac (Ernie) of North Lima and Lauren Savon (David) of Columbiana; and her sister Terry Secrest of Lowellville. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
