He is survived by: his wife Mary Louise Goehring; his children, Brenda Fabian of Richardson, TX, Beverly Holliday (Douglas) of Leetonia, OH, Mark Higgins (Tracy) of Canfield, OH, Patricia Brewer (Donald) of Petersburg, OH and Ruth Less (Scott) of Columbiana, OH; his brothers, Donald Higgins of Brookfield, OH and Eugene Higgins (Zoe) of Kingwood, TX; his grandchildren, Stephanie Fabian, Alyssa Fabian Barnes, Justin, Ryan, Amber Holliday, Shana, Hunter Higgins, Heather, Brandi (Joseph Thompson), Chance Brewer, Maranda and Marissa Less; and his great grandchild Mason O'Neil.
