He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann DeMain; his children, Laura (Jack), Jerome (Kathy), Mary Jo (Kelly) and Susan (John); his grandchildren, Emily, Alex, Rachel, Dylan, Dani, Daniel, Sarah and Christopher; and his sisters, Rose and Joan. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
