She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Cook and Gertrude Cook; her husband Stephen M. Helmick, Sr.; and her siblings, Jim, Tom Cook and Kathy Householder.
She is survived by: her son Stephen M. Helmick, Jr. (Crystal) of New Springfield; her stepdaughter Lauren Veaunt (Shawn) of Cuyahoga Falls; her siblings, Don Cook of Salem and Maureen Finn (John) of Youngstown; and her grandchildren, Olivia Helmick, Cecelia Veaunt, Eden Veaunt and Rhys Black.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made in Colleen's name to assist in defraying the funeral expenses.
