She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Terihay and Stephania Terihay; her husband John; and her siblings, Natalie Tul, Walter Terihay and William Terihay.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Boon and William Smerek (Cathy DePolo); her granddaughters, Andrea Lallier (Mark), Courtney Neitzke (Aaron) and Elizabeth Demes (Christopher); and her great grandchildren, Nolan, Nora Neitzke, Alexander Lallier and Claire Demes.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Holy Apostles Parish.
