It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip Trask (New Madison, Ohio), born in Wilton, Maine, who passed away on April 27, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sister Hazel Melcher. He is survived by: his spouse Ursula Norma Trask (Bourgeois); his children, Michael Trask of New Madison, Jo Ann Stephens (Jeff) of Greenville, Mark Trask (Peggy) of New Madison, Janet Trask of Greenville and Alan Trask (Sanya) of Warrenton; his grandchildren, Michael, Kelly, Ian, Andrei, Aaron, Adam, Jacob, Eliza and Iris; his great grandchildren, Finn, Nora Rose, Kaedence, Ashton, Mason and Lennon; and his brother Donald Trask of Farmington.
