Chapman (Tammy) of New Lexington; his son Cole Matthew Chapman; his grandmothers, Catherine Wolfe of Somerset and Violet Lowe of New Lexington; his siblings, Cory Chapman (Mallory) of New Lexington, Kendra Crane (Phillip) of Hemlock, Danielle Chapman of New Lexington and Dalton Chapman of New Lexington; his nieces and nephews, Connor, Maleigh, Harley, Madalee, Maverick, Jenson and Nora; and his pet Baby. He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
