He is survived by: his wife Gisela W. Hazlett (Dittmar); his children, Sandra Gall (Scott) and Bobby Hazlett (Jeffreyca); his grandchildren, Brandon, Katie Gall, Taylor Gall and Emery Odin "Bub" Hazlett; his great grandchild Ava Rose Gall; and his siblings, Dorothy Holdcroft, Charlie Hazlett, Kathy Euman (John), Karen Hazlett (Curtis Holdcroft), Johnny Hazlett, Linda Tolliver (Greg), Helen Renick (Ray), Harold Hazlett (Thelma), Paul Hazlett, Roy Hazlett (Sue), Rita Gorley (Randy) and Nita Harris.
