He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Billy" Bowers and Bonnie Bowers; his daughter Jennifer June Bowers; and his brothers, Gerald, Junior and Tom Bowers.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon L. June Bowers; his daughters, Sherri L. Burgess (Steven) and Brooklyn A. Barnette (Dalton); his grandchildren, Seth, Sydney and Sophie Burgess; and his brother Richard Bowers.
