She is survived by: her mother Martha; her stepfather Bud; her father Donald; her siblings, Dirk and Tonda; her husband Douglas; her children, Ashley, Joshua, Zachary and Samantha; and her grandchildren, Zariah, Audriana and Genesis.

Contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist the family with expenses.
