It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lelah A. Rutter of New Lexington, Ohio, who passed away on April 12, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Theodore Wesley Shipe; her husband James Rutter; and her parents-in-law, Delmar and Margaret Toki. She is survived by: her children, Rita Williams and Richard Rutter (Beth); and her grandchildren, Kamille, Roman Staley, Jared and Emma Rutter.
