He is survived by: his wife Carol Johnson Rose; his children, Josh Rose (Jena), Alycia Causey (Jeremy) and Trinae Rose; his stepsons, Rick Slack (Debbie) and Bill Talbot (Amanda); his siblings, Bonnie Reynolds (Don), Tammy Appleman, Shirley Danielson, Rodger Rose (Debbie) and Carl Rose; his brother-in-law Ed Appleman; his close friend Tony Martin (Panther); his pets, Cinnamon, Ginger, Lady and Orea; and also, Bill and Debbie Padgett. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins; special friends.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the funeral home to assist the family with funeral expenses.
