He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Starner and Jacquelyn Billman Starner; and his brother Delbert Starner, Jr.. He is survived by: his sons, Dillon Starner and Dominic Starner; the mother of his children Vanessa Vega; his sons, Chris and Michael Veron; the mother of his children Danielle Klingler; and his siblings, Dusty Starner, Kathy and Lisa Starner. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends.
