She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy E. Zurwell and Leveda Zurwell (Whitaker); her husband Allie C. Smith; and her sister Mary Grace Yount. She is survived by: her children, Rickie A. Smith (Michele) of San Antonio, TX, Kristi L. Henry (Michael) of Avon, OH and Patricia A. Heilman (Ron) of Springboro, OH; her sister Pauline Sedgwick of Richmond, IN; her grandchildren, Sean, Kelly, Angela Smith, Patrick Henry (Carrie), Jennifer Hartzog (Jason) and Jessica Hobson (Damon); and her great grandchildren, Tyler Smith, Lilly, Annabelle Hartzog, Nadia, Lincoln Hobson, Connor and Piper Henry.
