He is survived by: his parent Edward Cook; his significant other Robin Osborne; his children, Tyler Darney (Ashley) and Latasha Spurlock; his sister Debbie Knight; his nieces and nephews, Heather, Dylan, Brandon, Jayla, Brooke and Breana; his aunts, Shirley Damron and Carol Lock (Dave); and his cousins, Bubba, Little Dave and Mikie.
