He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Hoke and Elizabeth Hoke (Holland); and his stepmother Wanda Hoke (Stump). He is survived by: his wife Rita Hoke; his sisters, Brenda LaRue (Ken) and Patricia "Lynn" Gilvin (Donny); his mother-in-law Kathleen Craycraft; and his stepsons, Shawn, Mark, Donald Wise, Nick and Nate Crossman. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
