He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harley Bowser, Sr. and Roberta Bowser (Shank); his wife Sandra R. Bowser (Naudascher); his children, Teri Nash and Chris Bowser (Tanya); and his siblings, Patty Smith, Carol Hale and Eugene Bowser (Bonnie). He was also cherished by 5 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
