He is survived by: his parents, Frank Woxman and Clara Woxman (Hall); his sister Rita Eckhardt; his wife Ruby B. Woxman-Rice; his son Frank G. Woxman; his grandson Timothy J. Woxman, II; his children, Timothy J. Woxman (Cynthia) and Lucinda Woxman; and his grandchildren, Barbara Rowe, Lawrence Rowe, Emilee Roberts, Frank Collins and Ruby Collins. He is also survived by 6 great- grandchildren; and numerous other extended family members and friends.
