He is survived by: his wife April Adkins; his stepfather Woody Queen; his sons, Chad Adkins (Mandi) and Wade Adkins (Tricia); his stepdaughter Jennifer Rhoades; his grandchildren, Lynndsey, Lacey, Alexis, Jacob Adkins, Brooklyn Murphy, Chelsi, Hannah and Kayla Rhoades; his great grandchild Alayah Letner; and his siblings, Gary Adkins, Steve Adkins, Merl Adkins, Diana Combs and Carla Adkins. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
