He was predeceased by: his mother Joyce M. Mullins, Sr. (Johnson); and his brother Charles "Charlie" Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Donna K Mullins (Collins); his son Jeremy Underwood (Elisabeth); his grandchildren, Abigail and Caleb Underwood; his brother Pastor Anthony Mullins (Rachel); and his father Danny Mullins Sr. (Kim). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
