He is survived by: his wife Barb Clark; his children, Charlie D. Clark, Brenda Clark and Patricia Cottle (Robb); his grandchildren, Taylor, Mikey, Steven, Tyler, Logan, Zach, Charlie, Brenden and Curtis; his great grandchildren, Liam and Aiden; and his sisters, Faye Watts (Charlie), Goldie Adkins (Eugene) and Betty Simpkins (Hal). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
