She was predeceased by: her parents, John B. Cundiff and Dora I. Cundiff (Davis). She is survived by: her husband Clarence "David" Flinchum; her children, Rebecca Flinchum, Shannon Bowen (Jeffrey), Jennifer Flinchum, Jessica Flinchum and David Flinchum; her grandchildren, Breanna, Austin, Mariah, Rick and Emma; and her siblings, James Cundiff, Rex Cundiff (Joyce) and Shirley Cundiff. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.

If desired, donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton in memory of Cathy.
