She was predeceased by: her parents, L. Gail McLees and Elsie McLees (Elliott); her husband Richard "Dick" J. Hughes; her son Richard "Rick" Hughes II; her sister Eleanor Aven (Neal) of Texas; and her brothers-in-law, Darrel Hughes, Roger Bradford and Bill Aven.
She is survived by: her daughter Heidi Hughes of Canal Winchester; her grandchildren, Whitney Hughes and Dallas Hughes (Taysa); her great grandchildren, Grayson Flowers and Jaylen Hughes; her sisters, Gayla Smith (Earl) and Janet Sebach (Larry); her sisters-in-law, Margaret Hughes of Michigan and Carol Bradford of Coshocton; her aunt Edith Hahn; and her close friend Morgan Nash. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
