He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Hines and Gertrude Hartshorn Hines; and his wife Norma Joan Hines. He is survived by: his children, Gary Hines (Jeri) of Zanesville, Frank Hines (Tammy) of Cambridge and Deborah Hines Wert (Keith) of Lehighton; his siblings, John Hines of Lewisville, Delores Miller (Robert) of Zanesville and Carrie Ann Turner of Woodsfield; and his grandchildren, John Eyen (Liz), James Eyen (Lacie), Jeremy Hines, Bryan Hines, Brandon Hines, Adam Hines (Aimee) and Alexandria Matheney (Dan). He is also survived by six great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
