He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fitzgerald and Joann Fitzgerald (Bowers); and his brothers, Jim Whitis and Tom Fitzgerald. He is survived by: his children, Kate Fitzgerald and Logan Fitzgerald; and his siblings, Karen Whitis, Dave Fitzgerald (Tami) and Bob Fitzgerald. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
