He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ann Tom; his mother Barbara; and his stepfather Terrence Pennington. He is survived by: his daughters, Katara Brown (Micheal), Sheri Tom and Crystal Culberson; his grandchildren, Tiana Culberson, Harley Culberson, Breanna Eltringham, Daniel Eltringham, Ernie Eltringham, Kassie Brown, Blaine Brown, Dustin Leeper and Natalee Brown; his great grandchildren, Avery Eltringham, Koby Jones and Kingston Jones; his father Milton Dale Tom; his brothers, Terry Pennington and Rick Pennington; and his sister-in-law Gracie Crawford.
