She was predeceased by: her parents, John H Prouty and Leona E Prouty (Seaton); her son Tommy Neptune; her sister Patsy Tom; and her siblings-in-law, Sam Rickett, Judy, Louella and Nancy Neptune.
She is survived by: her husband Charlie Neptune; her children, Garry Neptune (Tera) and Michelle Brown (Rick); her grandchildren, Adam, Ryan (Chris-Ann), Toby (Madison), Cole, Quentin, Carver, Taylor (Jordan), Courtney and Liza; her siblings, Beverly Rickett and Carol Morrison (Jim); and her siblings-in-law, Phil, Ted, Bob Neptune, Danny Tom and Jo Wycoff (John). She is also survived by her sisters, her brother and sister in laws, and many wonderful friends.
