Duffer of New Carlisle, Ohio, born in Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on August 5, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Duffer and Edna Duffer; and his sister Joann Dace. He is survived by: his sons, Derek Duffer (Heather) and Jimmy Rayburn (Kandis); and his grandchildren, Brittany, Jarrett and Arieghanna.
