It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thelma Lee Owens of New Carlisle, Ohio, born in Ironton, Ohio, who passed away on May 5, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alva Sigler and Edna Sigler; and her husband Jack Owens. She is survived by: her children, Christopher Owens, Tracy Owens (Kim), Lynnette Lobl (Bill) and Scott Owens (Laurie); and her siblings, Paul Sigler (Audrey) and Kay Drummond. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Ohio's Hospice of Dayton or the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
