She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley, Sr. Raber and Ivory Raber; and her brother-in-law Larry Kelly. She is survived by: her husband Donald G. Rutledge; her daughters, Terri Rutledge and Dawne Ferland (Richard); her siblings, Carolyn Barlow (Dennis), Norma Raber, Mary Kelly and Wesley Raber, Jr. (Lisa); and her grandchildren, Robert Nugent, Christi Nugent, Jessica DeWitt (Chris) and Francesca Clark (Nick). She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
