He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rowe and Agnes Rowe; his siblings, William Rowe, Robert Rowe, Sr. (Bonnie), Jack Rowe, Sr., Johanna Mae Rowe, James Rowe, Ralph Rowe, Charles Rowe (Patty) and Helen Angle (Steve Leach); and his brother-in-law Lester Hargis.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy M. Rowe (Hohl); his daughters, Rhonda Phillips (Craig) and Angela Newberry (Shawn); his grandchildren, Peyton, Paige Phillips, Joshua and Emma Newberry; his siblings, Esther "Sally" Hargis, Jerry L. Rowe (Jo Jo) and Thomas H. Rowe (Bonnie); and his siblings-in-law, Clara Rowe, Eleanor Rowe, Carole Hohl (Jothy Rosenberg), Steve Hohl (Mindy) and Rob Hohl (Monica). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Ronald McDonald House.
