He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L., Sr. and Marie Minton; and his siblings, Frenchie and Patricia. He is survived by: his children, Robert Lee Minton III, Franklin Kyle Minton Sr. and Danielle Marie Snider (Andrew); his grandchildren, Christian, Kaitlin, Franklin Jr., Brooklyn, Kirstin, Kameron, Faylynn, Adalynn and Easten; and his siblings, Don Minton and Rose Minton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
