He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul C. Pence and Virginia E. Pence; and his brothers, James and Kenneth Pence. He is survived by: his wife Vonda L. Pence (Group); his children, Christine Harris (Allen), Renee Fannin (Jerry) and Richard P. Pence, Jr.; his sister Susan Pond (Steve); his granddaughter Mallory Fannin; and his friend Sandy Hasting. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
