With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia L. Risner (New Carlisle, Ohio), born in Loyall, Kentucky, who passed away on July 2, 2022 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jasper Goins and Alice Goins; her grandson Ronnie Risner; her nephew Mikey Goins; her siblings, Mike Goins and Donna Sergent; and her sister-in-law Kathy Goins.
She is survived by: her husband James, Sr.; her sons, James Risner, Jr. (Kathy), Tim Risner (Jane), Mark Risner (Gena) and Jason Risner (Barb); her grandchildren, James "Jimmy" Risner, III, Samantha Kreider (Evan), Joe Risner (Ashley), Jake Risner (Lisa), Trent Risner (Emily), Jescena Risner (Caleb), Travis Risner (Tye), Alainee Risner, Natalee Risner, Jackson Risner and Aubree Risner; her great grandchildren, Arianna, Austin, Cody, Katherine, Henry and Malachi; and her brother Stephen Goins (Joy). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
