He is survived by: his children, Sharon (Chris Stevens), Gregory Dvorak, Theresa (Tim Kossler), Debra (Stephen Mills) and Charles Dvorak; and his grandchildren, Brian, Michelle, Amy, Rebecca, Stephenie, Ashley, Matt, Robert, Jessica and Tiffany. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
