It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jewell Louise Dorn of New Carlisle, Ohio, born in Madison, Ohio, who passed away on January 7, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Lewis and Nell Lewis (Mahorney); her husband Marvin Dwight Dorn; her daughter Carol Ann Durall (Dorn); and her sister Freda Sweitzer (Dean).
She is survived by: her daughter Karen Sue Johnson; her grandchildren, Eric Johnson (Emily), Valerie Turner and Jon Durall; her great grandchildren, Brody, Kylie, Chauncey, Wyatt Turner, Tess and Ava Johnson; and her nephew Bob Sweitzer (Debbie). She is also survived by many other relatives and family friends.
