He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Walters and Edna Walters (Coffee); his brother Clayton Walters; and his brothers-in-law, Harold Miller, Wayne Thuma and Orville Cromwell.
He is survived by: his children, Tony Walters (Emily Mann) of New Carlisle, Brandi Fouts (John) of Tipp City and Chris Walters (Angela) of Covington; his grandchildren, Robert Cisneros of New Carlisle, Kandis Eshelman (Chad) of Vandalia, Kevin Fouts of Columbus, Kasandra Demiryapar (Tomair) of Tipp City, Brittani Schoenlein of Tipp City, Cameron Schoenlein of Tipp City, Morgan Campbell (Matthew) of Covington and Claudia Harrington of Covington; his great grandchildren, Holden, Kaelyn Eshelman, Ieyden and Zeynep Demiryapar; and his siblings, Joyce Cromwell, Clinton Walters (Mary) of Tampa, FL, Christine Miller of New Carlisle and Maxine Thuma of New Carlisle. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
