He was predeceased by: his father Jack Trissel; and his stepfather Hugh Neal. He is survived by: his mother Lucille Neal; his wife Carol Trissel (Seaman); his daughters, Sarah Starr, Stephanie Cochran and Nikki Linkous; his siblings, Kenneth Neal Rosario (Raul), Jeff Neal and Patty Downie (Tom); his grandsons, Oscar, Henry, Simon Cochran, Joshua, Marcus and Daniel Starr; and his nephew Michael Parks.

In lieu of flowers memorial contribution may be made to Ohio's Hospice.
