He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Funderburg and Myrtle Funderburg; and his sister Fae Allender. He is survived by: his wife Wilda Funderburg (Biser); his children, Linda Christensen (John) and Chris Funderburg (Sandy); his granddaughters, Janet Funderburg and Cindy Sharpnack (Marc); his great grandchildren, Naomi, Nolan, Noah and Nia; and his brother Phil Funderburg (Sondi). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Miami County.
