She was predeceased by: her parents, Hobert Fraley and Thelma Fraley (Ratliff); and her brother Ralph Fraley. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth R. Howard; her sons, Terry L. Howard and James A. Howard; her grandchildren, Brandy Secrist (John), Christopher Howard and Chad Howard; her great grandchild William Howard; and her brothers, Herbie Fraley (Mary) and Rodney Fraley. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
