We are sad to announce that on June 20, 2021, at the age of 21, Gage W. Melton of New Carlisle, Ohio, born in Dayton, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Donald W. Melton II; and his grandparents, Charles J. Prater (Barbara) and Sharon Rupert (Chris). He is survived by: his mother Billie Melton (Prater); his brothers, Donald W. Melton III (Mireya), Zachary Melton, Dillon Melton, Wesley Henderson (Alyssa) and Charley Prater; and his close friend Chance Craft. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
